David is a Southwest Florida native who grew up fishing the inshore waters all around South Florida. His desire to capture the beauty of God’s creation began to surpass his desire to catch fish so he found himself trading out his fishing rod for a camera. His newfound interest quickly developed into a full-blown passion. From there his passion expanded from water to land when he discovered the beauty and mystique of the Osceola wild turkey. David had his first image published in 2007 on the cover of Shallow Water Angler Magazine. He has since had images published on 30+ magazine covers, and many other images published inside the magazines. His work has appeared in Shallow Water Angler Magazine, Sport Fishing Magazine, Florida Sportsman Magazine, Salt Water Sportsman Magazine, Fly Fishing in Salt Water Magazine, Eastern Fly Fishing Magazine, Tail Fly Fishing Magazine, Field and Stream Magazine, Turkey Country Magazine and NWTF Magazine, to name a few. David has also worked with Apex Ammunition, DOA Lures, Yeti Coolers, Tetra Hearing and Nomad Outdoor to provide high quality images for catalogs and marketing.
